The Alternative Engineered Fuels Facility (AEF) accepts non-hazardous secondary materials. Once received at the facility, the material is shredded through a process that creates a solid fuel called “shredded heat.” This material once shredded, is loaded into containers for shipment to the end disposal facility. The end disposal facility in this case, is a cement kiln. The kiln uses the shredded heat as a fuel for their operations to displace fossil fuels, such as coal, natural gas and/or petroleum coke. The cement kiln has an emissions system designed for this process while the material/fuel is consumed in the process of making its final product. Any ash (waste) that is produced at the cement kiln is put back into the product or cement with no liquid runoff.

Recycling Rewards Program Terms & Conditions: The Recycling Rewards program is available exclusively to CleanHQ account owners located within the Australia. Scrub Daddy Products eligible for submission are limited to the following: The Original Scrub Daddy, Scrub Daddy Colors, Dye-Free Scrub Daddy, Scrub Daddy Grey, Scrub Daddy Special Edition Shapes, Lemon Fresh Scrub Daddy, Scrub Mommy, Dye-Free Scrub Mommy, Scrub Mommy Special Edition Shapes. Customers can earn potential rewards for up to a maximum of five products per Recycling Return form at a rate of $2.00 in Gift Card per item. There is no limit to the number of Return forms an individual may create. All returns received by Evo Lifestlye will be collected and sent in bulk to the USA to enter the recycling process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer initiating the return. Evo Lifestyle reserves the right to deny any program submission considered ineligible for reasons including but not limited to product type or product condition. Additionally, Scrub Daddy is not responsible for lost or otherwise undelivered mailings. Once Scrub Daddy receives, processes, and approves your submission, the Recycling Reward credit will be sent to your CleanHQ user account in the form of a Gift Card. Recycling Rewards are not activated nor visible in your account prior to being approved. Recycling Rewards are valid for one year beginning the date of disbursement and cannot be transferred or combined with other promotions/coupons/credits. *Taxes & processing fees do not count toward cart totals.
